Property Taxes:  If you opt to pay your property tax by eCheck, you will be asked to enter a receipt number as your PIN.  Your receipt number can be found in the top right corner of your stub.   Example:   Receipt #00000

In the event eCheck payment is returned for non-sufficient funds, a $15 fee will be charged.

You can now access the Assessor Property Information on each parcel from Step 3 of the property tax application.

Escrow Taxes:  You can also make arrangements to have monthly or semi-annual payments automatically deducted from your checking/savings account.  If interested, please contact Lori at 563-568-3793.

Vehicle Renewals:   If your vehicle registration is delinquent, the vehicle does not qualify for online renewal. Half year license, apportioned vehicles & firemen plates are not eligible for online renewal at this time.

The Allamakee County Courthouse is located 1 1/2 blocks North of downtown area.  When entering the courthouse from the front East door, go up stairs & Treasurers Office is 2nd door on left.

Handicapped Parking is located on the South side of the Courthouse.  Enter the South door.  To the right of the stairs, take the elevator to 2nd floor.  Treasurers Office will be the 2nd door on your right.
