DISCOVER, MASTERCARD, VISA AND ECHECK ARE ACCEPTED FOR INTERNET TRANSACTIONS

Property Tax:
Payment accepted on past due taxes.
Tax sale redemption can NOT be made on line.

We also offer the option to sign up for ACH withdraw of property taxes directly from your bank account. 
Please contact our office if you are interest in this option or download this FORM and return to my office.

Accepted On-Line Payment Methods: 
eCheck, Discover, MasterCard and Visa are accepted for Internet transactions.
You can now access the Assessor Property Information on each parcel from Step 3 of the property tax application.

Vehicle Renewals:
You are only elgible to renew online if you received a renewal notice throught the US Postal Service than contains a
pin number. If your vehicle registration is delinquent, or require proff of SR insurance, or if you have outstanding debts
the vehicle does not qualify for online renewal. Half year license and apportioned vehicles are not eligible for online renewal at this time. ( This is an enhancement that will be available in the future!!)

PLEASE BE ADVISED A SURCHARGE OF $30 WILL BE ASSESSED FOR A DISHONORED CHECK, DRAFT OR ORDER AS PRESCRIBED IN IOWA CODE 554.3512

Our courthouse is located at the intersection of Hwy 30 & Main Street in Carroll.

For your convenience we have a payment drop box located on the north side of the courthouse. Cash payments
NOT accepted in the drop box.
