Accepted On-Line Payment Methods: eCheck, Visa, Mastercard and Discover
If you pay your property tax by eCheck, you will be required to enter a receipt number as your PIN. Your receipt number can be found on your tax statement.
You are eligible to renew online if your renewal notice contains a PIN number, which you will use for online renewal, UNLESS you owe fines, child support, or need SR 22 insurance. Half year license and apportioned vehicles are not eligible for online renewal at this time.
Drivers License:
You have 30 days before your birthday and 60 days after your birthday to renew your Driver's License. Your license becomes invalid on the 61st day if not renewed.
Returned Checks are $30.00.

My hope is this website will make contacting our office easier and more convenient with access to information 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
The Treasurer's Office is responsible for the collection of property taxes for over 20,000 parcels, the issuance of vehicle titles and registration, and the collection of all vehicle fees for the residents of Guthrie County.
