Property Taxes
Please review the following notes before beginning the payment process:
* When entering parcel numbers, please enter the 12 digit number listed on your tax receipt.
* To search for parcel numbers by name, enter the last name first followed by a comma, and then part of the
first name. For example to search for all parcels owned by John Smith, enter Smith, John.
Accepted On-Line Payment Methods-eCheck, Discover, MasterCard and Visa are accepted for Internet transactions.
You can now access the Assessor Property Information on each parcel from Step 3 of the property tax application.
Escrow Taxes:
Arrangements can be made to have monthly payments automatically deducted from your checking or savings account with a simple one-time sign up. If interested please contact our office at 712-433-2347.
Vehicle Renewals: Half year license and apportioned vehicles are not eligible for online renewal at this time.
Motor Vehicle Tag Renewal Available Online. Click on the Vehicle Tags above. You may not renew online if you owe fines, child support, or need SR 22 insurance. You will need the PIN number from your renewal notice to pay online.
