Payment Methods-eCheck, Discover, MasterCard and Visa are accepted for Internet transactions and in office transactions for motor vehicle and property tax.

PLEASE NOTE: Driver’s License transactions require check or cash only.

Vehicle Renewals:
If your vehicle registration is delinquent, the vehicle does not qualify for online renewal. Half year license and apportioned vehicles are not eligible for online renewal at this time.

Starting in February 2010, some December 2009 renewals that are delinquent will be able to be renewed online.  If you have a special plate or a plate that requires you to present us with additonal documentation then you will not be able to renew online you must come into the office to renew your vehicle(s).

Property Taxes:
All Tax Sale Redemptions have to be processed in the Treasurer’s Office please contact us at 641-932-5011 for assistance.  Advance property tax payments are allowed and must be made in the Treasurer’s Office please contact us at the above listed number for assistance.

We provide the following services from our office: Property tax Collection, Issuance of Vehicle Titles and Registrations, and Driver License Issuance.
