The DAVIS COUNTY TREASURER'S OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
The DAVIS COUNTY COURTHOUSE is still OPEN at this time. This notice is for the DAVIS COUNTY TREASURER'S OFFICE ONLY.
Payments may be made via mail, on-line or through the drop box located in the north alley. Our office will continue to process all payments received.

Property tax and motor vehicle payments may be made through the links provided below.
All new or transferred vehicles with a purchase date of FEBRUARY 17, 2020 or after and vehicle registration renewals and driver's license with an expiration date of JANUARY 17, 2020-March 31, 2020 have been extended through the end of the Governor's Proclamation. Carry your purchase agreement/bill of sale for proof of purchase.
Property tax penalty and interest have been waived until April 30, 2020. This does not include tax sale redemptions. This is for current tax only. May 1, 2020 interest and penalty will incur a 1.5% interest fee.

Important Upcoming Change for Title Transfers...
Effective Jan 1 2020
All vehicle/trailer transfers will be required to provide a BILL OF SALE. This requirement is being put into effect by the Department of Revenue, and will be required in all offices that transfer vehicles/trailers. Please be advised that if you are buying or selling, a bill of sale will be required.
