Hello, I would like to welcome you to the Davis County Treasurer's website. Our office provides that “one-stop shopping” for your taxes, motor vehicles and drivers license. !! Mandatory software upgrade and training required for ALL driver's license staff effective 10/14/2026-01/18/2027. Our office will close every Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. for staff training, starting Tuesday, 10/20/2026. Additional closures are possible; closures will be posted here. We appreciate your understanding. !!

Driver's license issuance, testing, and behind the wheel drives are by appointment. Walk-in's are not guaranteed.   

Issuance, M-F 8:20AM to 3:00PM, by appointment

Testing, M-F 8:00AM to 2:30PM, by appointment

Behind the wheel drives are administered on Tuesday mornings.

Vehicle Registration Renewal

Renew your vehicle registration online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will need your plate number and either the PIN from your renewal notice or the audit number from your registration renewal receipt.

We accept Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa Card, and Electronic Check (eCheck). A non-refundable Service Delivery Fee applies.

Davis County Driver's License Services

Hours: Issuance: M-F 8:20 AM to 3:00 PM, Testing: M-F 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM. All driver's license services are by appointment. Please contact our office at 641-664-2155 to schedule.
