2017 Tax Sale Information - The 2017 Henry County Tax Sale will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 19th, 2017. The Sale will be conducted at the Henry County Courthouse and bidders shall place their bids online. Bidders need not be present at the courthouse. If you wish to attend the sale in person, at least one computer will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Please note, all bids must be placed online. Live bids will not be accepted. You are not eligible to renew online unless you received a renewal notice through the US Postal Service that contains a PIN for online renewals.
Accepted In-office Payments - Debit & Credit cards are accepted for in-office payments.
To maintain the efficient operation of this office the following policy will apply to check and cash payments. Check- no two party checks - the treasurer reserves the right to refuse payment by personal check due to an adverse customer payment history. A $30.00 fee will be charged for all checks returned for insufficient funds. Cash or coin - accepted only in reasonable denominations - coin or cash in small denominations considered unreasonable payment by the treasurer or treasurer’s staff, will be refused.
