Page County tax statements for July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 payable in September 2022 and March 2023 are now available. You can access a copy of your statement by clicking view statement after accessing your parcel information.
Bill of Sale Reminder:
Beginning January 1, 2020 a bill of sale is required on all title transfers (including trailers)
A Bill of Sale should include:
- Name/Signature of the Buyer(s)
- Name/Signature of the Seller(s)
- Date of Sale
- Description of Vehicle
- Final Sale Price
General Information:
Did you know? We accept monthly payments for property taxes online.
Discover, Mastercard, Visa and e-Check are accepted for online payments.
A $30.00 returned fee will be assessed on any returned payment.
To pay property taxes online you will be asked to enter a receipt number located on your payment stub.
To pay vehicle renewals online you will need the PIN number located on your renewal notice.

112 E. Main Street, Clarinda, IA 51632 Office is on first floor in the southwest corner.
In Shenandoah the Driver License Station is at 400 W. Sheridan.
Enter the Fire Station door and go to the end of the hallway.
Both locations have handicap entrances.
