New Fee:
Beginning July 1, 2025, customers who do not reside in Page County will be assessed a $10.00 convenience fee for driver's license services unless they pay property taxes in Page County and provide proof of payment. Collection of the convenience fee is pursuant to Iowa Code 321M.9.

Motor Vehicle Bill of Sale Reminder:
Beginning January 1, 2020 a bill of sale is required on all title transfers (including trailers)
A Bill of Sale should include:
- Name/Signature of the Buyer(s)
- Name/Signature of the Seller(s)
- Date of Sale
- Description of Vehicle
- Final Sale Price
Important Driver's License Information:
Does your license fly? Beginning May 7, 2025 if you're planning to travel by commercial plane, you must show a REAL ID compliant license or identification card at the airport, or comply with TSA by providing additional documentation including increased security checks which may cause delay. Payment Options:
Pay Online: Discover, Mastercard, Visa and e-Check are accepted for Internet Transactions. When paying property taxes by parcel number please enter the parcel number which appears on your tax statement. A $30.00 returned check fee will be assessed on any payments returned due to insufficient funds.
Scheduled and Recurring Property Tax Payments:We are pleased to offer one-time scheduled tax payments and recurring monthly property tax payments through this website. Payments can be scheduled using either a credit card or e-check. For additional information, click here

In Shenandoah the Driver License Station is at 400 W. Sheridan.
Enter the Fire Station door and go to the end of the hallway.
Both locations have handicap entrances.
