Property Taxes

Page County tax bills for July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017 payable in September 2017 and March 2018 are available.

These amounts are based on January 1, 2016 valuations.

Property Taxes:

If you opt to pay your property tax with an eCheck, you will be asked to enter a receipt number as your PIN.  Your receipt number is the 5 digit number located in the upper right hand corner of your payment stub.

When paying property taxes by parcel number please enter the 10 digit parcel number which appears in the bottom right corner of either payment stub.

Vehicle Renewals:

You are eligible to renew online if you received a renewal notice through the US Postal Service that contains a PIN number for online renewals.  (Half year licenses and apportioned vehicles are not eligible for online renewal.)

Vehicle registrations can be processed the month before, the month of, and the month after the expiration month. 

 

Veteran Designation:

Iowa veterans can now add a Veteran designation to their drivers license or nonoperator identification cards.  A link to the required form can be found by clicking here. Your County's Veterans Affairs office will need to complete part of that form before the designation can be added to your drivers license or identification card.

  • Driver’s License..........................................Monday - Friday 8:15 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
    • Written Tests....................................Monday - Friday 8:15 a.m. - 3:30 p.m .
      You must arrive no later than 3:30 p.m. to ensure time to complete the test and be issued a credential.
    • Drive Tests....................
      • Clarinda - Tuesdays by appointment 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
      • Shenandoah - Wednesdays by appointment 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

112 E. Main Street, Clarinda, IA 51632  Office is on first floor in the southwest corner.

In Shenandoah the Driver License Station is at 400 W. Sheridan. 
Enter the Fire Station door and go to the end of the hallway.

Both locations have handicap entrances.
